We offer Holistic Personal Development within a 4-Session transformative journey that helps you to uncover and release emotional blocks from the past, move beyond them in the present while allowing you to discover your purpose and attract the life you desire.

These sessions are offered in a safe and supportive small group setting that are led by two dedicated coaches that provide a structured framework while guiding discussions that explore and heal past pain.

Our Holistic approach to Self Development takes into consideration the whole individual on a personal, professional, relational, mental, emotional and spiritual level. We incorporate breathwork and other somatic techniques within each session to release emotional blocks and improve clarity. 

We are relational creatures, we need to support others while also receiving support. Knowing this we have intentionally created a community that is centered around growth, whose only prerequisite for entry is the desire for bettering oneself and the greater community in which they live.

They provide a well of knowledge taken from tried and true schools of thought on wholistic wellness and being, which I found really useful as someone new to wholistic life improvement.
